This policy, in conjunction with Lucy’s Terms of Service, Return Policy, and other referenced documents, establishes the terms (“Terms”) governing your use of Lucy’s digital platform (the “Platform”) and purchase of goods (“Products”). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including guests and registered customers.
Before completing any purchase of Products via the Platform, we advise you to review these Terms thoroughly. By proceeding with any transaction through Lucy’s services, you acknowledge your full acceptance of these Terms and agree to remain legally bound to comply with them.
Delivery
Under these Terms, Lucy agrees to fulfill orders for Products listed in your order confirmation. Orders will be delivered to the address provided by You, provided it adheres to the delivery guidelines outlined on our Platform. Once your order is dispatched for delivery, Lucy may share a tracking number with you via email or SMS.
While Lucy makes commercially reasonable efforts to meet communicated delivery timelines, factors outside of our control (e.g., logistical delays, weather, or customs) may occasionally impact these estimates. Lucy cannot guarantee delivery dates or assume liability for delays caused by such circumstances. Lucy reserves the right to adjust estimated delivery windows at any time without prior notification.
By placing an order, you agree to be available to receive your purchase at the designated delivery address. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from accepting delivery, you must notify Lucy’s delivery team prior to the scheduled delivery attempt. Our delivery personnel will wait for up to 10 minutes at the specified location during the scheduled window. After this period, the delivery will be classified as unsuccessful.
Unsuccessful delivery attempts completed in accordance with Lucy’s delivery schedule will incur the full cost of the order, payable by the purchaser. Lucy will make diligent efforts to coordinate with you prior to delivery through available contact methods to confirm availability.
Ownership & Liability
Lucy maintains legal ownership of all items purchased through Lucy’s Platform until full payment has been processed for your order. Responsibility for risk (including, but not limited to, loss, theft, or damage) and ownership of Products formally transfers to the purchaser at the moment the Products are delivered to the address specified in your order.
